She let him know
That she’d read his book

First she asked
And then she sent
A coy smile
Atop a body heaven-sent

Somehow still subtle
Yet completely exposed
She sat knowing
He’d enjoy how she posed

His story told
All the words she read
Now his memory
Is forever in her head
