For Science! With Jay

Jay is a yogi from Kenya who enjoys poetry, true crime, and hot chillies!

She shares her experiences with outdoor play, syncing with with social events, the love/hate relationship with risk and the discovery of impact play.

We talk about self expression and exploration through sexuality, discuss the nature of kinks and how we are all kinky in our own way.

She leads me through a slow breathing exercise designed to get you and your partner into sync, and we set her some experiments to try and report back on for her next appearance on the podcast:
1: Try electro shock play in different areas
2: Try speeding up the breath whilst staying in sync
3: Recording the sound of impact play and playing it back
4: Experimenting with all kinds of unknowns/anticipation
